Pilates is a type of mind-body exercise developed in the early 20th century by German physical trainer Joseph Pilates, after whom it was named. Pilates called his method “Contrology”
Pilates aligns your entire body’s overall structure and supports its joints. What appears to look simple can be deceptively challenging and incredibly effective when done correctly with good form.
Pilates, in our opinion, should be done for a minimum of 3 times per week. However, to further improve your body’s strength, flexibility and endurance, you can do up to 4 or 5 Pilates classes a week

Yes. Because Pilates focuses on your core, practicing Pilates on a regular basis can improve posture, alleviate backaches, and ultimately help with labor and delivery.
Yes. Pilates is wonderful for different injuries rehabilitation. However your ability to participate in a group class will be determined by a free assessment we offer

You can cancel your class and receive credit back to your account if you cancel 12hrs before class starts.
If you cancel your class less than 12hrs your class credit will be deducted from your account.
It is recommended to arrive before class starts. If you are more than 10 minutes late, for your safety you might not be allowed to get into class with no reimbursement to your class and a $10 no show fee will apply.
