Most people feel it within a few weeks of steady practice. Taller. Stronger. More in control. Three to four classes a week is where it starts to build fast.
Yes. Pilates builds lean strength, better posture, and more control, so you look and move stronger.
Yes. Pilates strengthens the deep muscles that hold you upright. Standing tall starts to feel natural.
Often, yes. A stronger core can take pressure off the back. For pain, injury, or recovery, start with a private session and check with your physician first.

For many people, yes. Pilates can stand on its own as a complete strength practice. It also makes lifting, running, and other training hold up better.
Why only reformer Pilates?
Because resistance changes everything. The springs build strength, control, support, and progression. At YA FIT, the reformer is the practice.
Why only 10 reformers per class?
Because being seen matters. Ten reformers means more coaching, better corrections, and stronger progress.
Yes. Every class is built for all levels. First timers and longtime members train side by side because the reformer adjusts to you.

Water and grip socks. We provide everything else.
No problem. We sell them at the front desk.
Please arrive on time. If you are more than five minutes late, you may not be able to join because the warm-up matters.
New members can start with 2 Classes for $45 or 14 Days Unlimited for $95. 30 Days Unlimited is also available for $199.
Memberships start at $140/month.

No. Memberships are month to month. No contract.
No. Both intro offers are one-time purchases. No auto-renewal.
We ask for at least 12 hours notice. Late cancellations and no-shows deduct the class.
Pilates can be a great practice during pregnancy, but please check with your healthcare provider first. For pregnancy, we recommend starting with a private session.
Often, yes, with the right approach. For significant injury, surgery recovery, or limited mobility, start with private training first.
