7. Studio Security Cameras

Security cameras recording video and audio are installed in public areas of our Agoura Hills and Tarzana studio locations for safety and operational purposes. Cameras are not used in areas where privacy is expected, including restrooms and changing areas. Recordings are accessible only by authorized studio management and handled with appropriate care.

8. Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

Physical exercise involves inherent risk of injury. By participating in YA FIT Pilates classes or using our facilities, you acknowledge and accept these risks. You agree that YA FIT Pilates, its owners, instructors, and staff are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation in studio activities.

9. Membership & Class Pack Terms

All intro offers, class packs, and memberships are subject to the following terms:

• Intro offers are available to first-time members only and are non-renewing, one-time purchases
• Class packs expire on the dates specified at time of purchase and are non-refundable
• Monthly memberships renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy
• Memberships may be frozen subject to studio policy — please contact us for details
• All sales are final unless otherwise stated

10. Testimonials

We obtain written permission before publishing client testimonials on our website or marketing materials. Your name will not be used without your express consent.

11. Social Media
