Do I need prior Pilates experience?
You need a real interest in movement and a willingness to work. A regular Pilates practice helps. We talk through your starting point on a call before you commit.
Do I need Mat before Reformer?
Yes, unless you already hold a verified Mat certification from a recognized program. The Mat foundation is what makes Reformer work safe and intelligent. We do not skip it.
How much is tuition?
Mat is $1,200 all-in. Reformer is $2,700 all-in. Both together is $3,510. Payment plans are available. No hidden fees, no exam fees.
Is the certification recognized?
Yes. Our curriculum is developed in collaboration with the Pilates Education Institute and produces fully credentialed instructors qualified to teach in any professional studio.
Can I teach at YA FIT after graduating?
Strong graduates are considered first. Several current YA FIT instructors trained with us. There is no guarantee, but we hire from our own pipeline whenever a slot opens.
