Common Questions
First time at YA FIT?
Arrive 10 minutes early. Wear fitted athletic clothes. Bring grip socks — required on the reformer, available at the front desk if you need a pair. Your instructor will walk you through the studio and get you set on your reformer before class begins.
Do I need any experience?
No. Every class is fully guided. Beginners and experienced practitioners train side by side, each working at their own level. The reformer adjusts to you, not the other way around.
How early should I book?
Class sizes are capped at 10 reformers. Booking 24 to 48 hours ahead is recommended for prime-time slots. Same-day spots open up as members reschedule — text the studio if you don't see a time you want.
Where do I park?
Free parking in both the front and rear lots at the Agoura Hills studio. No validation needed. Pull in, park, and walk over.
Cancellation and late arrival
Cancellations are accepted up to 12 hours before class. Late arrivals over 5 minutes cannot be admitted for safety reasons — we cannot interrupt the warmup once it begins.
The YA FIT Class
Full-body. Athletic.
Intentional.
Strong reformer training, every class. Full-body work built to push your strength, mobility, and movement further than you knew it could go. First class or five hundredth, you train at your level.
