All Sales Are Final

We do not offer refunds on any services, memberships, or class packages. If you need to cancel your membership, please notify the studio via email at info@yafitpilates.com at least 7 days prior to your renewal date. Once a membership charge has been processed, refunds are not available under any circumstances.

12-Hour Cancellation Window

YA FIT Pilates requires a minimum of 12 hours notice to cancel a class reservation. Depending on your membership type, a late cancellation may result in the loss of your class credit, a late cancellation fee, or both. Please review your membership terms for specific details.

No-Show Policy

Due to our limited class capacity, the no-show penalty will be strictly enforced under all circumstances. Failing to attend a reserved class without prior cancellation will result in the applicable penalty being applied to your account. No exceptions will be made.

Grip Socks Required

Grip socks are mandatory at all YA FIT Pilates locations to maintain studio cleanliness and ensure client safety on the Reformer. You are welcome to bring your own pair or purchase one at the front desk before class.

No Phone Policy

For the benefit of all participants and to maintain a focused, distraction-free environment, mobile phones are not permitted inside the studio during class. Please ensure your phone is turned off or set to silent before class begins.

No Children During Classes

For the safety and comfort of all clients, children are not permitted inside the studio during classes. This policy ensures a focused and distraction-free environment for all participants. We thank you for your understanding.

Substitute Instructors

The studio is committed to maintaining your class schedule. However, instructor changes may occur without prior notice. Please be aware that if you late-cancel due to an unannounced instructor substitution, the class credit will still be deducted from your account.

Freeze Policy

Discounted memberships are not eligible for freezes.

  • Stability (Unlimited) Membership is eligible for 2 freezes per year
  • Balance and Core Memberships are eligible for 1 freeze per year
  • Each freeze must be a minimum of 3 weeks and a maximum of 6 weeks

To request a freeze, please contact us at info@yafitpilates.com with your requested freeze dates in advance of your renewal.

Class Package Expiration

All class packages expire from the date of purchase as follows:

  • 1-Class Pack — expires 30 days after purchase
  • 5-Class Pack — expires 60 days after purchase
  • 10-Class Pack — expires 90 days after purchase

Expired classes are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please plan your usage accordingly.

Membership Policy

Unused classes from any previous membership cycle do not carry over to the next billing cycle. Please ensure you use your classes within the current period. The Unlimited Membership allows members to attend a maximum of 1 class per day.
