Section One
Booking & attendance.
Built to keep you in rhythm.
12-Hour Cancellation Window
We require a minimum of 12 hours notice to cancel a class. Late cancellations may result in a lost class credit or a late cancellation fee, depending on your membership.
From us
The cancellation window exists to help you stay consistent and protect your spot in rhythm. If something comes up, reach out to us before class. We will always do our best to help move you into another time. More than anything, we want to help you keep your practice going.
No-Show Policy
Our classes are limited in size. If you reserve a spot and do not attend without cancelling, the no-show penalty applies.
From us
Life happens. If something comes up, please reach out. We would always rather help you find another class time than lose you to a missed class. The no-show policy exists to protect the experience for everyone and help keep your practice moving forward.
Substitute Instructors
Instructor changes may happen without prior notice. If you late-cancel because of a substitution, the class credit is still deducted.
From us
Every instructor at YA FIT is certified and trained in the YA FIT Method. A substitute is not a different class. It is the same method, taught with the same standard. Try the class. You will be in great hands.
Waitlist
When a class is full, you can join the waitlist. If a spot opens, you will receive a text with a link to claim it. You have 10 minutes to accept before the spot moves to the next person on the list.
From us
If you receive the text after the 10 minutes have passed, give us a call. We will check manually and see if we can still get you in. The waitlist is the best way to get into popular times. Join it. Most people who waitlist end up in class.
Section Two
Memberships & packages.
Designed for the practice. Built to fit your life.
Refunds and Cancellation
Memberships are month-to-month. Cancel anytime with 7 days notice by emailing info@yafitpilates.com. Memberships and class packs are non-refundable.
From us
If you purchase a membership or a class pack and find you cannot use it, reach out to us. Your credits do not have to be lost. You can gift them to a friend or family member. We want your credits to support movement, even if life shifts. If you cannot use them, gifting them to someone you care about is always an option.
Freeze Policy
Freezes require 7 days notice. We cannot place a freeze effective immediately. Promotional and discounted memberships are not eligible for freezes.
- Stability (Unlimited): 2 freezes per year
- Balance and Focus: 1 freeze per year
- Each freeze: minimum 3 weeks, maximum 6 weeks
From us
Travel, busy seasons, and life shifts happen. Let us know as early as you can and we will help pause your membership. Our system requires 7 days notice, so the sooner you reach out, the smoother it is for everyone. Email info@yafitpilates.com.
Class Package Expiration
Class packs expire from the date of purchase:
- 1-Class Pack: 30 days
- 5-Class Pack: 90 days
- 10-Class Pack: 180 days
From us
We want you to use every class you bought. The expiration exists to help you stay in rhythm and keep momentum in your practice. When you purchase a pack, schedule your classes right away. If life happens and your pack expires, just reach out. We will reactivate it for you.
Membership Usage
Unused classes do not roll over to the next billing cycle. The Unlimited Membership allows up to 1 class per day. We recommend scheduling classes in advance to help you stay consistent.
From us
Your classes are there to support your practice. Use them in the way that works best for your schedule. All in one week, spaced out, or more consistently throughout the month. We just want to help you keep moving.
Need More Classes?
Members can add additional classes at a discounted rate of $25 per class.
From us
If you are loving the practice and want more, reach out. We are always happy to help you find the rhythm that works best for you.
Section Three
In the studio.
Small things that protect the practice.
Grip Socks Required
Grip socks are mandatory at both YA FIT locations. Bring your own or pick up a pair at the front desk.
From us
Grip socks are about your safety on the reformer and the hygiene of the studio. The well-being of our members is above everything else. We have pairs ready at the front desk if you forget.
No Phones During Class
Phones are not permitted inside the studio during class. Please silence them before class begins.
From us
We want you to disconnect. Even for an hour. Phones pull your attention away from your body and can be a safety risk on the reformer. The class is your time to reconnect. Be here with your body. Everything else can wait.
Children During Class
For everyone's focus and safety, children under 12 are not permitted inside the studio during class.
From us
We love kids. We just want to protect the experience for everyone in the room, including you. If your child is with you, they are welcome to wait at the front desk while you take class.
Still have questions?
