Studio Terms & Conditions

Studio Policy

We recommend that you wear appropriate clothing for Pilates training. No zippers, buttons or slippery fabric is allowed; For your safety grippy socks are REQUIRED so if you do not have them you can purchase them at the studio or you could be denied entrance into the class. If any of these regulations are violated, it may result in denied participation in class.

Please be on time! If you arrive more than five minutes past the start of class, there is no guarantee that entry for this session would be granted and class credit will still be taken from your account. *IF YOU ARE LATE YOU WILL STILL BE CHARGED FOR THE CLASS IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO ENTER THE SESSION*

For everyone’s safety and convenience phones and personal items are not allowed during class. There will be cubbies provided at a first-come-first-serve basis to store your phones during the class. If you need to make a call please step out of the class otherwise you may be asked to step out of the class.

Class Packages Policy

Be mindful that 1-class expires 30 days after purchasing date, 5-class packages expire 30 days after your purchasing date and a 10-class package expires 60 days after your purchasing date.

 

Membership Policy

If you have any unused classes from the previous membership cycle, they will not transfer to the next membership cycle!! So please use your classes thoughtfully.

Membership Cancellation/Freezing Policy

The membership plan automatically renews every month unless we hear from you beforehand. If you need to pause or cancel please let us know at least 2 weeks before the billing cycle starts in writing to info@yafitpilates.com. If for some reason your contract has not been renewed, please contact us as soon as possible so that we may take care of this issue for you immediately!

Your subscription can be frozen for a period of minimum of 4 weeks, once in a year.

No-Show Policy

If you do not show up for your session at all. You will have that class credit deducted and charged a no-show fee of $10.

Cancellation Policy

We are unable to offer refunds or transfers. All sales are final and non-exchangeable on any class package or membership purchased however you may Reschedule your reservation or cancel within 12 hours of class without penalty. Online reservations must be made ahead-of time.

Substitute Instructors

The studio is committed to your class schedule, but changes in instructors may occur without advanced notice. If you are late-cancel due the lack of notification from us about the change credit will still be taken out of your account.
