Common Questions

First time at YA FIT?

Arrive 10 minutes early. Wear fitted athletic clothes and grip socks (available at the front desk if needed). Your instructor will guide you through everything before class begins.

Do I need any experience?

No. Every class is fully guided. Beginners and experienced practitioners train side by side, each at their own level. The reformer adjusts to you.

How early should I book?

Classes cap at 10 reformers. Book 24 to 48 hours ahead for prime-time slots. Same-day spots open up as members reschedule, so text the studio if you don't see a time you want.

Where do I park?

Free parking in rear lots accessible via Yolanda Ave. Validation provided for the Wall Street parking structure across from the studio.

Cancellation and late arrival

Cancel up to 12 hours before class. For safety, late arrivals over 5 minutes cannot be admitted once the warmup begins.
