What it feels like to start.

I feel incredibly welcomed, especially as a new student, and encouraged to be challenged at a level that is comfortable for me. The instructors are kind and helpful, and I feel amazing after every class.

I was hoping to find a Pilates studio to call home, and YA FIT was it. Supportive, mindful about modifications, very clean, and the front desk staff was warm and welcoming.

I signed up for the thirty-day new member special and I've been hooked ever since. The instructors are friendly, knowledgeable, and dedicated to helping everyone get the most out of class.

A wonderful studio with positive energy and the best instructors. Every class challenges you, and with 10 reformers, classes stay personal enough for real feedback and modifications when needed.

Common Questions
Before your first class.
Is this class for all levels?
Yes. Your instructor explains the equipment, watches your form, and gives options when needed. First timers and longtime members train side by side because the reformer adjusts to you.
How often should I come when I am starting out?
Two to three classes during the first week is a strong start. The 30 Days Unlimited Intro gives you a full month to try different instructors, find the class times that work for you, and build from there.
What do I bring to my first class?
Fitted athletic wear, grip socks, and water. Grip socks are required and we sell them in studio. Arrive 10 minutes early so we can set you up before class.
What is reformer Pilates?
Strength, control, and resistance training on a spring-loaded machine. The springs adjust to your level, so every movement can be precise, challenging, and built around control. At YA FIT, we teach reformer Pilates.
Does the intro offer renew automatically?
No. Both intro offers are one-time purchases and do not auto-renew.
What if I have an injury or am pregnant?
We recommend starting with a private session so we can assess your needs and help you move safely.
