What to expect on your first visit to the studio

What to Wear

Please wear comfortable, form-fitting workout clothing without zippers. Grippy, non-skid socks are mandatory for your safety and can be purchased at the studio. Ensure long hair is tied back and remove any dangling accessories.

What to Bring

Our studios are equipped with FloWater dispensers, so please bring a reusable water bottle to stay hydrated. A small sweat towel is also recommended, though we have some available if needed. Everything else will be provided!

When to Arrive

Please arrive 15 minutes before your first class to sign in, complete your liability waiver, take a quick tour of the studio, and meet your instructor. This ensures you're fully prepared for class.

Please inform your instructor of any medical conditions, past injuries, or sensitive areas. Avoid any painful movements; modifications are available as needed. Your honesty ensures a safe and effective workout.
