What Happens Next
How the work begins.
Pick your start
Two classes or thirty days. Either gets you on the reformer. The 30 Day Unlimited is where the real practice begins.
Build the habit
Three to four classes a week is where it clicks. The schedule works around real life. Mornings, midday, evenings, both locations.
Feel the difference
Better posture. More control. The way you move through everything else. That is what consistency builds.
From Our Community
What members say after they start.
Yafit Pilates is hands down one of the best Pilates studios I have ever been to. Challenging, well structured, and thoughtfully paced.
I was nervous walking in for the first time. The instructors made me feel completely at ease. Every modification was offered without making me feel singled out.
After three months my posture is different. My back stopped hurting. I move through the day differently. This is the workout I will not give up.
As close to a resort vibe as a studio can get. Impeccably clean, welcoming, peaceful.
Common Questions
New to reformer Pilates?
The questions we hear most from new members.
Do I need any experience to start reformer Pilates?
None at all. Every class is fully guided, with real-time corrections and modifications built into the work. First timers and longtime members train in the same class because the reformer adjusts to you, not the other way around. You show up. We do the rest.
How often should I take classes as a beginner?
Three to four classes per week is what builds a practice. That is the cadence where the work compounds and your body actually starts to change. The 30 Day Unlimited Intro is designed for exactly this. Consistency over intensity. The reformer rewards the people who show up.
What should I bring to my first class?
Fitted athletic wear, grip socks, and a water bottle. Grip socks are required for safety on the reformer. We sell them in studio if you need a pair. Arrive 10 minutes early so we can walk you through the studio, get you set on the reformer, and answer anything you want to know before class begins.
What is the difference between mat Pilates and reformer Pilates?
The reformer changes everything. Springs and pulleys give you infinite resistance adjustments, so the same exercise scales perfectly to every body and every level. A first timer and a five hundredth-class member can train side by side, each working at the right intensity for them. The reformer builds strength, control, and length faster than mat work because it meets you exactly where you are. At YA FIT we only teach reformer Pilates.
Where are YA FIT Pilates studios located?
We have two locations. Agoura Hills at 5867 Kanan Rd, serving Calabasas, Hidden Hills, Westlake Village, and Bell Canyon. Tarzana at 18635 Ventura Blvd, serving Encino, Woodland Hills, Reseda, and Sherman Oaks. Your intro pass works at both locations.
