In 2019, YA FIT began the way most real things do. Without a plan to scale. A garage. A reformer. A small group of athletes, friends, and people recovering from injury who needed something built with precision and intention.
The early clients were iron man competitors, post-surgical patients, and people ready to commit to a practice that would change how they moved through life. They came looking for a method.
That method became YA FIT Core Pilates. The results were clear. People stayed.

Agoura Hills opens. 10 reformers. The method goes public. And fills.
